Convention Center & Patio: $250/hr | with a $2,000 max daily.
Sub Facilities
Auditorium (accommodates up to 200) | $175/hr weekdays | $200/hr weekends
Greenside Patio (accommodates 50 -75) | $50/hr weekdays | $75/hr weekends
Food
All food in the Clubhouse parent facility and sub facilities must be provided by in-house concessionaire Little Meadow Kitchen and Cocktails.
Food in the convention center is open to outside catering. Outside catering involves a $10 per person fee. For those interested in food catering services provided by Little Meadow Kitchen and Cocktails, please contact them directly at becca@littlekitchenhtx.com. Please note that the City does not coordinate catering services on their behalf.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol may only be served by Little Meadow Kitchen and Cocktails. No outside alcohol vendors are permitted. All alcoholic beverages served in this facility must be exclusively provided through Little Meadow Kitchen and Cocktails. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. The use of alcohol must be communicated to the Parks & Recreation Manager with prior notice to ensure all applicable procedures are followed.
