Rental Rates

Convention Center & Patio
Monday–Thursday: $225/hr
Friday–Sunday: $250/hr

Sub-Facilities
Auditorium (Seats up to 200)
o Weekdays: $175/hr
o Weekends: $200/hr
Greenside Patio (Accommodates 50–75)
o Weekdays: $50/hr
o Weekends: $75/hr

Deposit Requirement: A $500 deposit is required for all rentals.

 

 

Food Policy

  • Convention Center: Outside catering is allowed with a $10 per person fee (capped at $750 total).
  • Clubhouse & Sub-Facilities: All food must be provided by Little Meadow Kitchen and Cocktails.
    If you’re interested in catering from Little Meadow Kitchen and Cocktails, please contact them directly at becca@littlekitchenhtx.com.
  • The City does not coordinate catering services on their behalf.

Alcohol Policy 

  • Alcohol must be served by Little Meadow Kitchen and Cocktails-NO outside alcohol vendors are permitted. 
  • Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. 
  • The use of alcohol must be communicated to the Parks & Recreation Manager in advance to ensure all procedures are followed.
