Open Government And Compliance

The City of Jersey Village is dedicated to open government and compliance. As part of this the city opens our financial records to inspection, puts transparency in finances and pensions via publicly available information on our website, and economic development transparency as well.

Boards and Commissions are appointed by the city council. To apply for a board or commission please submit a form that can be found here. The City Council reviews applications and appoints members as needed. Most committees have terms that start on October 1, although some committees have terms that start on January 1.
